During Construction - A hosted Coming Soon Service

It's been a busy summer and some of that time is being spent on a new service called During Construction. During Construction is a hosted coming soon page that will replace those horrible GoDaddy ad filled under construction pages with a nice looking under construction page that also allows to have users sign up for a newsletter or more information.
